Esther Chan in the Department of English Language and Literature will present best practices for giving grammar feedback to non-native speakers. This workshop will help participants better understand the writing of developmental writers and how to help developmental writers improve their writing. Marking techniques and activities that promote self-monitoring will be discussed. Lecturers will receive a stipend for attending and lunch will be served. Funds for this workshop are generously provided by the Division of Undergraduate Education and Academic Planning (DUEAP). No RSVP required.
