SF State is one of nine CSU campuses that have joined the CSU Racial Equity Leadership Alliance, a partnership between the CSU system and the USC Race and Equity Center. This year-long alliance provides many benefits to member campuses, including SF State staff and faculty, such as a Racial Equity Learning Series, a Virtual Equity Resource Portal, and Campus Climate Surveys.
You are invited to attend these upcoming workshops FREE to SF State employees. All sessions will be recorded and available for future viewing if you RSVP and sign up for Equity Connect (details below workshop listings). Feel free to watch individually, as a department, or with your classes.

In addition to the virtual professional development series, you're invited to join Equity Connect (https://equityconnect.usc.edu/), another benefit of SF State's membership. When you get to the login page, be sure to click "Sign Up," under "Category" scroll down to "Racial Equity Leadership Alliance (CSUs)," and under "Institution" scroll to "CSU San Francisco." From there, you'll create a login with your SF State email and a password that you create.
By signing up to join Equity Connect, you'll have access to numerous resources related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and higher education practice. As well, you will be able to join virtual communities of practice where you can engage and pose questions and dilemmas with other higher education professionals.
