Focused Remarks by President Lynn Mahoney and Provost Jennifer Summit: The Provost’s Introduction and the President’s Closing Remarks will frame the Winter Retreat theme in the context of the University’s mission, the Academic Master Plan project, the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the College of Ethnic Studies, and the Student Success Graduation Initiative 2025.

Project-based Tables: This year's retreat will engage those who teach, and those who directly support teaching, in project-based discussions and table-top workshops to build momentum on multiple initiatives that foster pedagogies for inclusive excellence in all its forms. Tables will be led by representatives from a variety of service-oriented initiatives, such as CEETL Teaching and Learning Communities (TLCs), DUEAP Student Success in the Majors (SSM) projects, Undergraduate Research, Service Learning, and additional affinity groups.
