Application for 2024 CEETL Exemplary Teaching Award
Applications are invited from faculty members (lecturer or T/TT faculty) who have made a difference in the lives of SF State undergraduate or graduate students through exemplary teaching practices such as using engaging pedagogy, mentoring, collaborating with students on research, guiding peer-to-peer learning, creating pathways for students, connecting students to resources and opportunities and providing impactful support for students. Faculty who have shown extraordinary teaching among first-year students and faculty whose pedagogy reaches non-traditional students are particularly welcome.
Applications should include the following:
1. Artifact of teaching practice
2. Cover letter explaining the teaching practice
3. Reference letter (optional)
Teaching practice should reflect CEETL's values and mission. Please submit to ceetl@sfsu.edu with 'Application for 2024 Exemplary Teaching Award' in the Subject line by April 2, 2024.
Please encourage your colleagues to apply for these awards by either nominating them or writing a reference letter.
