JEDI Workshop: Disability Justice in Higher Education

Join CEETL for an interactive JEDI workshop exploring how educators can move beyond compliance-based accommodations toward learning environments grounded in disability justice. Facilitated by Maisoon Alghethy, Lead Advising & Advocacy Specialist, DPRC, and Christina Passmore, Director, SFSU DPRC, participants will examine barriers to access and belonging and leave with practical strategies for creating more inclusive course policies, classroom practices, and everyday interactions. Wednesday, October 15, 2026, from 1–2 p.m. via Zoom.
